About The House of Honey & The Sticky Spoon Cafe

A Swan Valley sanctuary where raw unpasteurised honeys, craft mead, and live hives turn a quick cafe stop into an immersive tasting adventure. Head straight to the counter to sample floral varietals poured by staff who know their forage. Inside the shop, watch worker bees navigate an indoor glass observation hive before wandering out to the patio. Regulars pair a chunky beef pie or warm fruit scones with a honey latte, then finish with scoops of honeycomb and macadamia ice cream.

  • Honey & Mead Tasting Bar: Staff pour complimentary samples of single-origin varietals alongside fermented honey wines and mead.
  • Live Observation Hive: A glass observation hive lets visitors watch live worker bees in the retail showroom.
  • Sticky Spoon Cafe Treats: The Sticky Spoon Cafe scoops rich honeycomb and macadamia ice cream and bakes fruit scones with honey.
