Perth’s Elizabeth Quay waterside sets the stage for a loud, unapologetic temple to maximalist comfort food. Bumping DJ sets and neon walls fuel the room while tables fill with crisp, thin beef smash patties doused in sauce. Regulars make quick work of the loaded PopKorn chicken and heaping trays of seasoned fries before turning to the theatrics. That means smoking shared cocktails garnished with sour straps alongside milkshakes loaded with candy. Celebrations often wrap around warm Biscoff skillet pans finished with ice cream.
