Post-footy spectators and boutique wine seekers drop in for an unhurried perch away from the tourist crush. Out of the kitchen, share plates arrive with genuine technique—seared scallops with XO, lardo, and lemon verbena, crisp pork belly, and bottarga-topped calamari. Service remains relaxed and attentive behind the wood counter, where bartenders offer taste pours of Emmalene Sauvignon Blanc, shake up Amaretto sours, or pour local guest taps well past nine o'clock.
