Banksia Grove’s no-nonsense burger joint bypasses glossy polish for heavy, flavour-packed flat-top stacks. Beef patties hit the grill hot and come out laced with crisp, lacy edges, tucked into soft brioche buns alongside bacon and melted cheddar. Chicken builds arrive stacked with ultra-crunchy, well-seasoned tenders under sharp house sauces. Chips are coated in the signature PBC spice dusting, served fresh from the fryer alongside deep-fried pickles and loaded cheeseburger toppings. Coeliac diners get dedicated fryer baskets and fluffy gluten-free potato buns, with phone orders running out the door on time through Friday and Saturday night trade.
