About Wildflower

Perched atop COMO The Treasury, Wildflower frames the Perth skyline for multi-course degustations guided by the indigenous Noongar calendar. Head Chef Stephen Thompson channels local terroir across seasonal iterations like the winter Makuru menu, sending out plates of emu tartlet, kangaroo with bunya nut, and line-caught snapper with Pemberton marron. Tables booking for milestone birthdays and anniversaries encounter attentive floor service alongside a dedicated native non-alcoholic pairing that matches the cellar’s vintage pours course for course. Diners linger past sunset over celeriac cake with butterscotch miso and delicate petit fours served with take-home tea sachets.

  • Indigenous Seasonality: Multi-course degustations structured around indigenous seasons, featuring native Western Australian proteins like kangaroo, emu, and marron.
  • Native Botanical Pairings: Thoughtfully curated non-alcoholic pairings crafted to mirror each course alongside traditional cellar vintages.
  • Rooftop Skyline Views: Level 4 glass-encased dining room atop COMO The Treasury overlooking the Perth skyline and Swan River.
