Floreat regulars pack the tables for celebratory milestones and long dinners, drawn to signature crispy duck and slow-cooked lamb neck alongside seafood starters like kingfish ceviche and charred octopus pasta. The five-course degustation lets the kitchen show off its range—often paired with a Tuscan red while Chef Joe works the floor to check on tables. Dinner wraps up over warm apple tart and Kunéfe.
