Lion Thai serves unapologetic Bangkok-level heat alongside house-made sauces in a relaxed Joondalup dining room. Regulars bring their own bottles of wine—corkage is free—while the kitchen dials in exact spice tolerances across green curries and wok-charred noodles. The papaya salad delivers genuine som tum fire, and duck slices arrive soaked in rich, aromatic chili sauce.
