Regulars treat this Beaufort Street spot like an open secret—packed elbow-to-elbow for dates and birthday dinners. Kick off with the herby crab toast or rich duck liver parfait smeared on warm baguette. The glazed Wagin duck arrives tender under crisp skin, backed by frites and a slick of béarnaise.
