Barrie Turnbull Inventive Asian Fusion Sharing Plates
Guests can explore an Asian-inspired share-plate concept showcasing dishes with creative twists, from Shark Bay scallops in XO sauce to fusion desserts.
It was fusion Chinese-western cuisine. Most dishes had a slight twist to it and they weren’t typical dishes that I will see in other restaurants.
