    Dolce & Salato features both traditional baked cakes and specialty gelato ice cream cakes in their display cabinets. If you are buying a cake to transport home, confirm whether your selection is an ice cream cake so you can keep it frozen rather than regular refrigeration.

  • Arrive Well Before Late Afternoon

    The display cases are stocked with Italian pasticceria throughout the day, but staff begin clearing patisserie from the front window displays around 4:30 PM before closing at 5:00 PM. Arrive earlier in the afternoon for the fullest counter selection and boxed takeaway treats.

  • Allow Extra Time for Front Parking

    The cafe offers front parking, but spaces can fill up quickly during busy daytime hours. Factor in a little extra time to find a spot when popping in for lunch or collecting party orders.
