So worth it, way more meat than I expected and took the birria tacos and fudge home because the burgers were so filling. Charlies BBQ reminds me a lot of the texas bbq I grew up with but even without that nostalgia the brisket here speaks for itself.

Word of warning to those wanting to ingest the larger sized burgers...Fast! Before you attempt to ingest what feels like half a cow's worth of flesh in multiple formats, you'll need space. This brisket burger was in and around my mouth and after I force fed it down my gob, I went into an instant food coma and could no longer move.
