Bowls of raw beef and tendon pho land at the table steaming hot, paired with pots of complimentary jasmine tea and piles of fresh mint, lemon, and bean sprouts. Tables fill quickly with regulars splitting crispy, golden bánh xèo packed with savoury fillings and wrapping each bite in crisp lettuce. The kitchen turns out comforting bowls of bún riêu, seafood noodle soup, and classic cơm tấm loaded with seasoned pork and fried egg.
