Tucked into Midland’s historic railway yards, The Foundry delivers generous, inventive all-day brunch and sharp barista brews in a leafy square. Regulars head straight for the breezy alfresco courtyard—a quiet pocket away from traffic where dogs get their own water bowls and kids have room to roam. The kitchen turns out plates with serious attention to detail, from chilli scramble and Turkish eggs to thick Dutch-style pancakes and smashed avo piled with dukkah and feta. There is no surcharge for alternative milks or gluten-free bread swaps, either. Order a cup pulled with local Bolt coffee beans and finish with a slice of house strawberry cake topped with lime meringue.

    Generous morning meals showcase creative dishes such as Turkish eggs, chilli scramble, and inventive pancake stacks, served alongside high-quality barista coffee.

    The food was generous and delicious! Hubby loved the Turkish eggs and we appreciated a different take on the usual brekky options. The coffee was faultless too.
