Under 1897 Victorian brickwork, Fremantle Markets packs over 150 independent stalls into Freo’s definitive weekend ritual. Regulars make an early run past the tight corridors for hand-stretched spinach-and-cheese gözleme off the iron, griddled French toast, and thick hot chocolate. By midday, the aisles fill while buskers play out front—leaving crowds to claim perimeter stools for pork souvlaki wraps stuffed with fries and slices of layered honey cake.
