Tucked into the Perth Hills, this multi-tiered orchard retreat pairs crisp house-pressed ciders with sweeping valley rows. Day-trippers head up for weekend Sunday sessions on the sprawling green lawn—complete with live acoustic sets, stone-baked pizzas, and tractor rides out into the plum trees for the kids. Upstairs, an open-air bistro runs a sharper, sit-down pace with table service overlooking the canopy, dishing up slow-cooked lamb shoulder alongside tasting paddles and spiced mulled pours.

    I had the native rosemary lamb shoulder with potato gnocchi and it was cooked beautifully, so tender just falling apart. The best lamb I have ever had.
