Diners drop in for quick, generous feeds before a movie or between shops, watching chefs pleat dumplings by hand behind the glass. Orders placed via QR code arrive via musical robot runners, shuttling bowls of braised beef noodles and pork and prawn wontons tossed in spicy peanut sauce directly to the booth.
