About Two Mad Tuscans Traditional Italian Pizzeria

Run by a Tuscan-born pizza maker, this snug Beaufort Street dining room turns out sourdough-style pies blistered in a wood-fired oven. Regulars pack the tables with their own bottles of wine, sharing bubbling dishes of lasagne, saucy meatballs, and chewy crusts dipped in oil. Out front, a couple of pet-friendly sidewalk seats catch the evening breeze over plates of chilli mussels and rich housemade tiramisu.

    The pizza's were both very good, it was difficult to choose a favourite, however being the Quattro Formaggi addict, I'd have to say the cheese won me over as usual.
