Upstairs in the restaurant, long lunches overlook rolling vineyards and a quiet lake, with multi-course meals anchored by fruit and vegetables harvested directly from the property’s extensive garden. Downstairs, cellar door staff pour unhurried tastings of regional Western Australian varietals. Mondays take a creative turn with the popular No Waste lunch—an inventive set menu devised to make full use of leftover estate produce, paired with house-fermented drinks.
