Set inside an Osborne Park industrial warehouse, Micrology Coffee Roasters delivers serious single origins and live DJ sets right beside the roaster. A wide glass partition looks straight into the commercial roasting floor, giving regulars a front-row view of beans tumbling while baristas dial in espresso. Early mornings bring post-workout regulars grabbing almond flat whites, unlimited dual-flavor batch brew, and glasses of complimentary sparkling water on tap. The counter turns out flaky brekky tarts, halloumi rolls, and fresh cinnamon scrolls from North Street Store as vinyl tracks kick off the weekend rhythm.
