Step past the discreet entrance into a dimly lit, speakeasy-style subterranean den. Guests settle into secluded back-room couches or grab an unreserved stool right at the counter for late-night solo snacking. Behind the bar, the team shakes off-menu cocktail requests on the fly alongside Spanish tempranillo and cold verdejo. The kitchen works through classic tapas rhythm—crisp patatas bravas, blistered txistorra, rich chicken and duck liver pâté paired with fried brioche, and freshly fried churros dipped in dulce de leche.
