Floor-to-ceiling windows look straight out over bobbing boats and moorings, with outdoor tables welcoming dogs and passing swans along the edge. The kitchen turns out shareable plates of chickpea-crusted prawns alongside crisp mushroom pizzas and weekly counter specials, best paired with a cold tap beer as the afternoon light settles over the Swan.
