Perched cliffside over the sand, this turquoise bus dishes out morning coffee and açai bowls right along the Mosman Park coastline. Ocean swimmers and dog walkers stop by for post-dip fuel—thick Peanut Butter Jelly and Berry Ripe smoothie bowls, loaded Mexican toast, or hot porridge bowls packed with apple crumble. Shaded deck chairs and blankets dot the perimeter, while water bowls, dog treats, and tennis balls wait by the counter for sandy pups. The line moves at a rapid clip even during peak weekend rush, wrapping up with a flat white sipped against the sea breeze.
