Perth · Where to Stay in Perth and Fremantle

Is Perth's waterfront a practical base for evening walks and a Fremantle outing?

I have booked a waterfront hotel and would like to walk at night, take a boat if worthwhile and pick up a SIM after arrival.

For a SIM, check your phone is unlocked and compare airport and city shops. Confirm activation requirements before relying on mobile data for navigation.
