MELBOURNE CUP AT LOTUS Lotus Spring Carnival Lunch | $189pp, November 3, 2026 Celebrate Melbourne Cup with an indulgent afternoon at Lotus, as we return for our fifth year of Spring Carnival festivities. Gather around our long tables for an all-inclusive dining experience featuring a four-course shared Southeast Asian menu, paired with four hours of free-flowing Chandon and a premium beverage selection. Festivities run from 11am, with the race screened live at noon on big screens throughout the restaurant and across the precinct.
