What should a traveller check during a 22-hour Hong Kong stop before flying to Perth?

Confirm hotel transfer, check-out and the onward flight's check-in time; do not assume an old forum visa answer applies.

Check official Hong Kong entry rules for your passport and the exact transit arrangement before departure.

Ask the airline whether bags are checked through and what documents are needed to use the hotel.
